The rooms and tariff

All bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, incorporating a double and single bed; a seating area with coffee table and are equipped with colour T.V. and DVD player; tea and coffee making facilities and bath robes. "Duck room" has a balcony overlooking the lake, fields and garden. Two  of the three rooms are en-suite , and  Pheasant has a bathroom (also containng separate shower) just across the hall.
